I am a learning & development specialist with 10+ years of experience across a range of companies designing, implementing, facilitating, and managing learning initiatives.
I have partnered with senior business leaders to develop strategic programs for a variety of audiences, including recent college hires, high potential key talent, senior leadership, experienced talent, and summer interns in settings that vary from workshops to intensive residential programs. I am a graduate of Teacher’s College, Columbia University with a Master’s degree in Adult Learning and Leadership. I’ve served as adjunct faculty member, I do some consultant work, and I volunteer as a learning consultant and trainer for not-for-profit organizations.
